DeviceNet

Two new DeviceNet interfaces have been added to the PDL Electronics' range of serial communication products, allowing the Elite and Xtravert series to be connected directly to a DeviceNet network without additional third party hardware.

INTERBUS

The release of PDL Electronics INTERBUS interface has generated a lot of interest at the recent Hanover Trade Fair. The interface allows the Elite or Xtravert series motor controllers direct access to the INTERBUS network

DB-15 Dynamic Brake Module for Xtravert

A new Dynamic Brake Unit - the DB-15 has recently been released. Supplied in a similar enclosure to the Xtravert, the DB-15 comes complete with control electronics and braking resistor. The DB-15 is suitable for use with the Xtravert, Microdrive Elite and earlier generation PDL drives.
